Following a star-studded Hollywood premiere for her new film �Hannah Montana: The Movie� Miley Cyrus was joined by friends and family for an after-party at P.F. Changs restaurant last night .

The �7 Things� cutie looked elated at the night�s success as he celebrated her film�s premiere with brother Trace, sister Brandi, mother Tish and father Billy Ray.

Also along for the fun-filled ride was Miley�s main squeeze Justin Gaston as well as costar Emily Osment and gal pals Taylor Swift and Demi Lovato.

�Hannah Montana: The Movie� is scheduled to hit theaters all over the country next Friday, April 10th so get your tickets early!
